Pricing: 10 mil (excluding furniture: please see my terms and conditions)Minimalist: I will make use of two floors as best as I can (this means I won't be able to do too much extravagant designs such as handmade doors, windows and detailed kitchens) though both floors will have clean ceilings, walls and automatic opening doors.Maximalist: I will most likely have to cut off the basement floor, but in doing that it gives me more space to be more detailed with my designs. Pricing: 18 mil (excluding furniture: please see my terms and conditions)For mediums I generally cut off at least one floor as the item limit makes it difficult to keep all 3. terms and conditions

Housing terms

➾ For furniture I will require a lump sum of gil. Depending on what server (as marketboard prices vary) and size of plot I will be decorating I will ask for between 6 - 20 mil. Though I can guarantee most smalls will only require a MAX of 10 mil (most smalls I have done have not hit 10 mil but it's just something to be aware of).I find it easiest to be able to run back and forth to the marketboard instead of asking you to craft items for me; mostly due to time. I also will sometimes change an idea throughout a build, so it's best for both of us!➾ Please give me at least 2 images of reference for the design you would like (you can also reference my own images!) so I can get a better grasp of the aesthetic & build you'd like.➾ Please give me a decently detailed list of accent colours, textures (stone, wood, marble etc), light or dark main colours and aesthetic (cozy, kawaii, gothic, rustic, modern etc) you'd like me to use. I want to make sure I can accurately recreate your inspiration as best as possible.➾ Please make sure you have a Steward Permit in your house ready for me to purchase from. These can be bought for 3k at an Independent Sutler at any of the housing districts.➾ I kindly request that you please give me space and privacy while I work. Watching over my shoulder will interrupt me and slow the process of the build down! If you are asking me to decorate for an FC please close the house off so no one comes inside while I am working.➾ Payment isn't required up front as I'd like to get on my main character (outside of Siren) to collect my payment. Though I will need the furniture gil.

Gposing terms

➾ I will require payment up front!➾ You are welcome to stay with me while I gpose your character but if you're busy I can save your character through anamnesis.➾ Please let me know in advance if you'd like a full vanilla shoot (no custom poses, reshade or character mods) as I will always work with reshaders & custom poses unless otherwise specified.➾ I will send the images through discord - however if you don't have discord I will happily give via a mega.nz file.➾ I will not do explicit nsfw images, I will strictly stay in the artistic nudity realm.➾ Working with props, effects, poses, location, weather can all be really time consuming so please don't expect photos straight away - I take my time with photos as I want to get the most perfect images for you!➾ If you have an idea of the way you'd like your character to look in my photos please give me a few reference images so I am able to replicate them as best as I possibly can!➾ I do not edit my images after they're taken, all my images are raw and straight from screenshot. You're welcome to make your own edits on your images as long as you give me photography credit!
